Free 15-Minute Call
Start with a phone call. It costs nothing.
Fifteen minutes with a lawyer, on the phone, so you can find out where you actually stand before you decide whether to spend a dollar on any of this.
Scheduling opens on our booking page. You will see Luke’s real availability and pick a slot yourself.

What happens on the call
Fifteen minutes, and no pitch in them
You tell us what is going on
Someone died and you do not know what has to happen next. Or you have been meaning to make a plan for years. Or you have a plan and no idea whether it still works. Whatever it is, you say it in your own words.
We tell you what it actually involves
Which process your situation falls into, roughly what it takes, and what it is likely to cost. If the honest answer is that you do not need a lawyer for this, that is the answer you get.
You decide what happens next
Nobody is going to talk you into anything in fifteen minutes, and we are not going to try. You leave the call knowing your options, and you book the next step only if you want it.
And afterward
If it turns out we are a fit
For planning work, the next step is the Estate Planning Session: ninety minutes, $750, where we go through everything you own and how it is titled, and design the plan together. You can read exactly what that involves before you book it, and if you already know you want it, you can skip the call and book it directly.
If someone has died, the next step depends on what they left and how it was titled, which is the first thing we will work out on the call. Our probate and estate administration pages describe the two roads it usually takes.

Some questions are smaller than a phone call, and some of them you would rather write down than say out loud. Either is fine. Send us the question and we will answer it.
